Jack is a Health & Performance Coach, Functional Nutritionist, Fitness Industry Educator and Founder of multiple gym and personal training studios in Melbourne, Australia.
Over the last 15 years….
Jack has delivered coaching services to over 5,000 clients and everyday people. This experience has helped him understand the unique intricacies and diversity that exists amongst different individuals while coming full circle to develop an approach that provides the best outcomes using a philosophy that embodies simplicity and a nutritional relationship based on self respect.
Having pushed his body to the extremes through avenues of body recomposition and high level sport including football, cricket, boxing, athletics, powerlifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Jack could be described as a lover of all things human movement and personal challenge, non bigger than overcoming testicular cancer.
Although grateful for the access to western medicine and specialist practices, Jack believes the future of health requires a generalist approach. In an over saturated fitness industry riddled with dogma, Jack has pulled his expertise from the best in diverse fields of Nutrition, Psychology, Functional Medicine, Evolution, Sports Performance, and Biohacking.
